Dear Business Owner,
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department will be accepting bids for silk screened t-shirt. All quotes will need to include tax, shipping, handling, and or delivery charges listed separately.
We would like Two hundred-fifty (250) good quality cotton, colored T-shirts to be screen printed with colored printing on back, both sleeves, and left chest. Breakdown of order is as follows: 55 medium, 85 large, 65 x-large, 30 xx-large, 15 xxx-large. Original Logo graphics and shirt sizes will be provided to the selected vendor.
The total order is to be complete and delivered by April 1, 2013 to the following address: 100 Recreation Lane, Jacksonville, NC 28546.
All bids need to be submitted by 12:00PM, March 8, 2013 on company letterhead and should be valid though 5:00PM May 1, 2013. If you have any questions or need more information, please call Jojo Cariaso at (910)938-5300.
