IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE RFQ ATTACHMENT DIRECTLY FROM BIDNET, YOU MUST CONTACT THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE VIA EMAIL AT astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov TO RECEIVE THE DOCUMENT. THE BELOW WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT FOR SUBMITTING A BID.
All quotes are due on 2/19/2016 by 2:00 pm for the purchase of MEDIA EQUIPMENT WITH INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION & SETUP. Interested bidders must sign the Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
II. Qualifications If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville . The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
III. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
IV. Inspection All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
V. Quotes to be Retained Quotes are to remain valid through 3/19/2016.
