Install 9 -7 gal box hedges or equivalent in front of house. Install 7 gal crepe myrtle in front yard. Provide and apply mulch around plants. Supply topsoil and grade to provide positive drainage 10 feet from all sides of house. ( Must meet N C Code). Grade and seed entire yard. Remove existing tree location at front right side of house. See drawing for location of hedges and crepe myrtle.
