Description

Jacksonville Recreation is soliciting quotes for a laser light show during Jacksonville's Jamboree on Saturday, May 1, 2021. The quote should include the following:

A 25-30 minute beam show programmed to selected music
Show can be repeated as often as necessary with no impact on programming costs
Two Spectrum 25 or 30 W laser
Two X-laser 20W laser
Two 10 watt lasers
Two 6 watt lasers
Trussing for safe rigging of lasers and coverage of parking lot area
Professional smoke & haze machines for higher laser visibility
Laser software and hardware to manage the show
Safety stop
All cables and power necessary to connect the lasers must be provided by vendor
Professional laser technician on site to provide up to 3 showings of the programmed show
FAA paperwork & process
