Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals for the design build services for the redevelopment of an existing baseball field to include demolition of the existing and replacement with a larger field. The project consists of but is not limited to new dugouts, scorekeeper’s booth, fencing, foul poles, 36” high brick wall backstop with fencing, irrigation system served by a new well, laser graded baseball field, Bermuda sod infield and outfield, bleachers on a concrete pad, sidewalks, infield dirt and warning track and related site work. This field is located at Jack Amyette Recreation Center, at 1825 South Drive in Jacksonville, NC.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:30AM on October 8, 2013 in Meeting Room A at Jacksonville City Hall, located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC. Attendance is not mandatory but you are highly encouraged to attend. All questions or clarifications proposed will be answered officially through an addendum.
