Summary of Specifications:
1. Introduction This describes the terms and conditions for Grass Mowing Services for various pump stations and wells as listed herein. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. It is the bidder’s responsibility to dispose of the trash and debris collected in a responsible and appropriate manner.

2. Proposals Due All proposals are to be returned to Pete Deaver, Utilities Maintenance Superintendent, by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Public Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
