Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville seeks professional landscaping services for two Gateways (Chaney Avenue Site and Old Bridge Site). Landscaping services shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, site preparation, and plantings for the Gateways within the site boundaries listed in the plans and drawings of HSMM, Jacksonville Gateways, dated July 20, 2002. NO IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL BE INSTALLED AT THIS TIME even though the plans denote an irrigation system. Landscaping fabric is required. One (1) year warranty on all plant materials is required. Work is to be accomplished within thirty (30) days from the start of the work. An on-site meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 and attendance is strongly recommended. The LANDSCAPER and any subcontractors must maintain a current City of Jacksonville Business Privilege License (BPL) during the contract period. Include BPL number on your proposal.
