• QUOTE IS ALL OR NONE • Required delivery date will be approximately 7/15/05 • Manufacturer - High Point Furniture, Hyperwork Series, NO SUBSTITUTIONS • Color – Windsor Cherry with ebony pulls • High pressure, thermally-fused laminate • Installation required, show as separate line item (“Installation” includes delivery, setup, installation, positioning, and removal of packing materials) • Sales tax must be included on quote as separate item • Warranty terms should be stated on quote • State length of time for which price will be guaranteed, from time of initial order
