Any exceptions concerning shipment must be approved. Specifications: Exceptions to the specifications must be stated in writing. Packing & Labeling: All articles that each person receives shall be individually packed with labels on outside of package, stating the persons name and contents of package. Measurements: the vendor shall be required to send a tailor to Jacksonville, NC for the purpose of taking measurements and have a qualified representative to return on delivery of the articles for the purpose of making alterations or exchanges. In case of misfit where alterations are not practical, replacement of garment or garments or footwear will be at the vendors expense.
