Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting financing proposals for the replacement of the gym floors at two City Recreation Facilities (Jacksonville Commons and Jack Amyette) for a total amount of $323,000.

Written proposals should be sent to Carmen Miracle, City Clerk, 815 New Bridge St, Jacksonville, North Carolina, 28540, clearly marked "FY 11-20 Installment Purchase for Gym Floor Replacements - Sealed Proposal" (Facsimile (910-455-6761) copies are acceptable on date of proposal opening with an understanding that original copies are to follow) and should be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 11, 2011. Please note that the terms of this RFP and your response thereto will be incorporated into the terms of the final agreement if your firm is the successful proposer.

The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
