FY22 Automotive Parts - FY22 Automotive Parts

The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals for the one time purchase of FY22-Automotive Parts for the Fleet Maintenance Department. The City will select items based upon the
criteria listed in Section III that is most advantageous to the City.  The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to create several Purchase Orders with multiple vendors out of this Request
for Proposals (RFP). 

●   Proposals due to the City of Jacksonville by 3PM              June 14, 2021

All proposals shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM EST on June 14, 2021. Proposals may be emailed in to addjordjevic@jacksonvillenc.gov and erichards@jacksonvillenc.gov.
In order for this to be considered a responsive bid, the attachment must have all information keyed and returned in the same MS-EXCEL format as well as signed copies of Section VI.
Certification & Compliance, and Form A. The responsibility for submitting proposals (including all documents requested herein) is solely and strictly that of the vendor.  City of Jacksonville
is not responsible for delays caused by any other occurrence.
