The Community Development Demolition Project – 278 Ford Street Project includes the demolition of a single family residence and removal of miscellaneous debris. The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the Community Development Demolition Project – 278 Ford Street as described in the supplied project description, specifications and drawings.

All bids are to be returned to Tracy Jackson by 4:00 PM on April 25, 2011 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
