RFQ-39058 - Council Chamber Draperies

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville desires curtains or drapes to cover the complete back of the Dias behind the Council. It can be one 29' 4" piece. It could also be three separate pieces (10' 5" left most panel, 9' 10" center most panel, and 9'1" right most panel). The piece in front of the door must be able to be opened, and all the back should look the same, so if the piece at the right most is hung on a different rod system, it must appear the same at the back. 

The City is also interested in exploring a two track system that could be used to hang or pull a different color set of drapes at the back. This is an option, and not a requirement.
