Summary of Specifications:
Level and grade the lot for construction of foundation. Provide fill dirt necessary to level the lot. Dig and pour new footings and piers for structure that is to be constructed by Coastal Carolina Community College (see foundation plans for details). After completion of foundation, grade to fill all voids. Foundation perimeter wall is to be concrete block and brick veneer. (Community Development to chose color). See additional specs attached to foundation plans. Build foundation according to plans and all notes and specs that are included with plans and the North Carolina and International Building Code. Foundation is to have positive drainage away from house in according with N C State Building Code. Copies of specs and plans are provided at City Hall - call 910-938-5286 Fax bid to 910 938 5044.
