Conduct Survey at 121 Preston, 304 Ford, Poplar& Ford, & 460 College Note 1 The cost for survey at Polar & Ford intersection, 304 Ford Street, and 460 College Street shall be for providing survey only. Note 2 The cost for survey at 121 Preston Drive should include the following: 1. Showing existing which includes trees, underground tanks, paving ect. 2. A Plot of the proposed house with setbacks on map. 3. Staking the corners for new house prior to new construction. 4. Showing the proposed Driveway 5. Showing the proposed Walkway extending from driveway to house. 6. Providing lot survey. Note 3 1. The bid shall be itemized using the included bid form.
