RFB-0123 - Clearing of City Easements - Dotey's Branch

Summary of Specifications:
Services to include clearing and removing debris from easements to allow access to the City’s wastewater collection system. The work of clearing shall consist of the cutting, removal, and satisfactory disposal of all vegetation and debris. The following areas will be cleared: 1. Gum Branch Road to Hawkside Road, approximate dimensions: 3,268 linear feet x 20-feet wide, approximately 1.5 acres and 

2. Hawkside Road to Moosehaven Road, approximate dimension: 2,049 linear feet x 20-feet wide, approximately .94 acres. Total estimated acreage to be cleared is 2.44 acres of easement or, in alternate terms, 1.0 mile of 20-foot easement.
