Dear Business Owner,
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is currently accepting bids for its annual Holiday Social. We would like to give an opportunity for your company to bid on the following event that will be catered. Please take the time to review the following menu items and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bids on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 8:00AM, the bidding process will end on Friday; October 12, 2012 at 12:00PM. • All quotes will need to be itemized to include tax (7.0% Onslow County), gratuities and price per person, with grand total indicated separately, • Service for approximately 200 people, • Food must be kept in a temperature controlled container until time of service. • Request full catering service to include serving staff, set-up serving table, food, utensils (spoon, forks, knives and napkins) and cleanup. • If selected, must be able to provide the following for payment processing. Completed COJ Vendor Packet (Vendor Application, W-9, etc.), General Liability Insurance Certificate listing COJ as additional insured, Workers Compensation or Independent Contractor Form (pending number of employees).
