New Carpet and padding in the Administrative Facility to include office space, and adjacent hallway. ALTERNATE BID In the Senior Citizens Facility, I would like to put down floor tile (in the Community Room, a small hallway leading to the Choate room from the Community Room and the matching hallway leading from the Choate Room to the Main Room), which would match what we have in our Choate Room. I would also like to put ceramic tile in the Main Hallway leading from the Administrative Facility to the Senior Facility. The ceramic tile will need to match the ceramic tile that is currently in the Senior Citizens Kitchen. If you additional information, please call Michael Liquori at 938-5306. NOTE: All bidders must provide a $1,000,000.00 liability insurance certificate attached with their bid(s).
