Summary of Specifications:
READVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Description: The construction of a pedestrian alleyway in the site of the razed 608 Court Street building to include brick planters, an aluminum trellis, a sitting area, benches, lighting, and lockable gates at either end. The two exterior masonry walls flanking the site will be patched, repaired, recapped, and covered with an Exterior Insulation Finish System (E.I.F.S). The Onslow County Missions Building will have a brick finish and the Court Street Café will be a fine grain stucco finish so that a mural can be painted on it. This project will be constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and regulatory permits.
