Sealed bids for the Country Club Road and Highway 258 Water Services Replacements in JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, BID NO. FY 06-16836 consisting of:
Description: 1) Replacement of 114 water services with of PE3408 Tubing from the existing saddle or corporation at the main up to and including the meter setter and meter box. Where necessary, the price shall include the cost of the road bore for each service.
ALTERNATE BID: 1.) Replacement of 114 water services with Type K Copper Service Tubing from the existing saddle or corporation at the main up to and including the meter setter and meter box. Where necessary, the price shall include the cost of the road bore for each service.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Ms. Wynne Ray, Construction Specialist, City Hall, 804 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville.
Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
BIDDERS must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes and under Municipal Code 11-9. A Business Privilege License is required to engage in business in the City of Jacksonville.
