Separate sealed BIDS for the Bayshore Estates Area Infrastructure Rehabilitation in JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, BID NO. FY 05-04 consisting of:
Description: 1) Installation of 4,294 LF of 8” sanitary sewer including 25 manholes and 96 services; 2) Abandonment of 4,581 LF of sanitary sewer with flowable fill and 13 existing manholes; 3) Installation of 4,154 LF of 8” water mains and appurtenances, including 87 services and abandonment (capping) of existing main; 4) Replacement of 8,040 LF of curb and gutter; 5) Replacement of 13,060 SY of asphalt pavement; and 6) Replacement of storm drain crossings and catch basins.
Bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Jacksonville in Meeting Room A, City Hall, 211 Johnson Boulevard, Jacksonville, North Carolina 28541 until 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2005 and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Ms. Wynne Ray, Construction Specialist, City Hall, 211 Johnson Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
Each Bidder must deposit a five (5%) percent Bid Security with his/her Bid as provided for in the Instructions to Bidders.
