Dear Business Owner,
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing brick track for our baseball/softball fields. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to submit a quote. Materials will be purchased by November 30, 2016. Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability.

- Submitted quote must include materials, tax, delivery charges, and grand total, please itemize and list separately.
- Request brick track from General Shale in Sanford, NC. General Shale phone number: 1-800-277-2700; POC Cathy Shale
- Amount to be quoted - 200 tons.
- Price to include delivery charges.
- Must have $1,000,000 General Liability with $2,000,000 General Aggregate naming the City as Additional Insured.
