The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of resurfacing our adult softball fields. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following project that will be completed during October 20, 2010. Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bids on Tuesday; August 31, 2010 at 3:00 pm, the bidding process will end on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 3:00PM. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Melody Strickland at (910) 938-5304. •Submitted quote must include materials, delivery charges, and grand total, please itemize and list separately. •Request clay specifically comes from Carthage, NC. •Amount to be quoted for 650 tons. •Clay to be 70/30 mix quality. •Price to include delivery charges.
