Summary of Specifications:
To overlay an estimated 7,000-8,000 square yards of pavement for the City of Jacksonville, NC. Bidder shall submit a price that includes furnishing, transporting, handling and placing the material specified and furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals for the satisfactory completion of this project. It must also include the raising of manhole frames, covers and the water valve boxes to proper grade. All work should be performed during the time-frame of March 15- June 15, 2011.
