Request for Proposals For Professional Services 

The City of Jacksonville is now accepting proposals from qualified firms for the preparation and submission of it’s Five –Year Consolidated Plan and FY 2004 One Year Action Plan. This project is financed with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Funds and is subject to Federal Requirements relating to such funds.

Proposals to be furnished to the City Clerks Office by 2:00 p.m. December 31, 2003 

The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
