Summary of Specifications:
Install handicap ramp from front porch towards front of house. Perform clearance as needed for construction. Install the handicap deck of the ramp over concrete porch to height of door entrance. Length of ramp shall be based on height of deck at door entrance level. Install ramp using pressure treated yellow pine(or equal) materials to ADA specifications. Bottom landing to be at grade level, easily cleaned and readily accessible. All construction shall apply to N C Building Code. Call 910-938-5287 for additional information.
