Summary of Specifications:
Approximately two (2) years ago, the City of Yonkers completed extensive structural concrete repairs to the top deck of the Government Center Garage and applied a three (3) coat (1 base coat and two top coats) water proofing membrane system. The membrane system is subject to moderate vehicular traffic and snow removal operations.
