Description

The Yonkers Parking Authority (YPA) is seeking proposals via this “Request for Proposals” (RFP) for PARKING ACCESS REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM (PARCS) for THE BUENA VISTA & GOVERNMENT CENTER PARKING GARAGES in Yonkers, NY. The YPA is requesting proposals from interested and prequalified Companies to supply, install and configure PARCS equipment for the facilities identified within this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The Authority will select a PARCS to develop a comprehensive system and implement the PARCS. Proposals for the PARCS and its implementation shall be in accordance with this RFP.

The submission must be sealed and plainly marked “RFP 402 Parking and Access Revenue Control Systems” on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the inside sealed envelope, addressed to: The Yonkers Parking Authority, 8 Buena Vista Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701. All submitted proposals/bids shall be opened at 10:00 am on the first business day following the bid return deadline. Any person or persons that submitted a proposal wishing to attend bid opening may do so.
