RFP-LH-12-01P - RFP #12-01P: Tutorial & Special Education Services for Students

Summary of Specifications:
BOCES requests quotationproposal from one or more qualified vendors interested in providing Tutorial and Special Education services for students. The BOCES is soliciting non-exclusive, sealed proposals to contract with one or more vendors to assist BOCES and its component school districts in providing these services. The agency intends to assemble a roster of potential service providers who are available to provide these services. BOCES and its component school districts need for such services may increase or decrease throughout the school year for the service. The award of the proposal may be subject to and contingent upon a formal written contract with BOCES. The contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) best meeting the needs of BOCES and its component school districts as determined by BOCES in its sole discretion. Note that the lowest-cost vendor may not be the best suited to meet the needs of BOCES and/or its component school districts.
