25-914 - Provide 24x7 Operation & Maintenance of the Central Heating Plant, Valhalla, NY

The County of Westchester (the “County”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of professional services to operate and maintain on a 24 X 7 basis the County’s Central Heating Plant (CHP) that serves critical facilities that must operate 24 X 7 all year, located on the County’s Grasslands Campus in Valhalla, New York. The County seeks proposals for a five (5) year contract, with the County’s option for one five (5) year renewal of the contract.
