23-502 - Playland Pumping Station Rehabilitation Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer D., Rye, N.Y.

The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for the rehabilitation of the Playland Pumping Station in the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District in the City of Rye, New York.  The work under this contract will include, but not be limited to, rehabilitation or replacement of major mechanical equipment and systems including sewage pumps, motors, drives, piping and valves, gas and fire detection systems, instrumentation, HVAC, odor control equipment, structural and architectural systems, lighting, electrical conduit and wire, electrical distribution equipment and panels, floors, walls, windows, roofs, bar screens, emergency generator and security systems, as well as installation of flood hazard mitigation measures from a previous study.  (Bid range $ 7,300,000.00 to $ 8,000,000.00).
