Bidders are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspection at which time they will examine the work site under escort by the County’s Representative.
• Mandatory site inspections will be by appointment only and each meeting will be limited to a total of 10 contractor attendees
• Each contractor will be limited to a maximum of 2 attendees at the site inspection.
• Appointments will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
• The available site inspection meetings are: Tues June 23rd-9am, Tues June 23rd - 1pm
Weds June 24th – 9am
• Pre-Bid meetings will start in front of 148 Martine Ave, White Plains main entrance along Court Street
• Bidders must contact Adam Kaplinski at aak5@westchestergov.com to make an appointment. In your email please indicate the date & time of the inspection that you would like to attend, the names of the attendees & the your contact information.
• In the event an additional mandatory meeting is necessary, bidders will be notified via an addendum.
