The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for replacement and/or upgrade of the primary electric service to the Port Chester plant including the MCC and emergency back-up power equipment, as well as interior alterations needed for the new MCC equipment; upgrades to all the HVAC system equipment and odor control ductwork including gas detection and fire alarm systems.
