Summary of Specifications:
Washington County is seeking proposals for Microwave and Radio System Upgrades for the Office of Emergency Services in Washington County. The upgrades are to be completed by December 31, 2003. The project is expected to be accomplished in two phases. Phase One are the links between the Municipal Center in Fort Edward and Birch Hill, and the Municipal Center and Willard Mountain. Phase Two will be between the Municipal Center and an as yet to be determined location in the northern part of the county. You will submit a proposal on Phase Two valid for 24 months.
