The vehicle furnished under these specifications shall be a 2020 or newer model, standard production unit, offered to the general public, equal in every respect to the construction and performance characteristics shown in the manufacturer's specifications and descriptive literature for this type of vehicle as manufactured and advertised for delivery in the continental United States and including all equipment normally offered and installed at the factory.

Please make every effort to submit bids by US Mail or another delivery service (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
There is also a drop box located in front of Municipal Center Building “B” which can be used for bid submissions. The drop box is emptied daily. If you use the drop box to submit your bid, please write your name and phone number and/or email on the outside of the bid envelope. Please note: There are other drop boxes located on our campus, please use only the drop box located in front of the Municipal Center Building “B”.
If you must drop off a bid in person, our facility is open to the public by appointment only at this time. You must call ahead 518-746-2590 or email the Purchasing Department at procurement@washingtoncountyny.gov and we will arrange a time to meet you at the Municipal Center's Building "B" entrance.
