Description

Warren County (the County) is seeking sealed bids to obtain on-call contractor(s) for Heavy & Highway Construction. The work performed under this contract will be for standby work and emergency repairs and will be paid on a time and materials (T&M) basis in accordance with these specifications. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be only for work requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works or his designee, hereinafter referred to as the Engineer.
