Summary of Specifications:
This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804 and all NINE Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see the attached sheet for locations of the Office for the Aging Meal sites. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.
