Description

INTENT:
It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for six (6) months for Fresh and Frozen Meats and Deli Items for Warren County Facilities and a few Hamilton County Facilities.

SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These sites include: Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Rt 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814 and Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see the attached sheet for Office for the Aging Meal Site locations and hours of operations. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.
