The Village of Pleasantville is seeking sealed bids for janitorial services for various municipal buildings and facilities. The contract term is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00am, beginning at the entrance to Village Hall, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Village Clerk, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570, no later than 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: Bid 2025-4 Janitorial Services”

The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, request clarification, review relevant performance history and award the contract to the most responsible bidder. Late submissions will not be considered.
