All Bids must be made on the supplied Bid Form, must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Sealed Bid - (Name of Contract being bid)" and shall be addressed to the Village Clerk. At 10:00 a.m. on June 22, 2023 all sealed bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded.
