RFP - 2025-015 - Planning, Engineering and Design Services for the Mamaroneck Harbor Sea Wall

The Village of Mamaroneck (the “Village”), acting by and through its Office of the Village Manager, is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide Planning, Engineering and Design Services for the Mamaroneck Harbor Sea Wall to assist the Village with developing plans and specifications for repair and rehabilitation of the wall, including construction and bid documents.
An add-on service for which the Village is also requesting Proposals is for Construction Management, Administration and Field Inspection of any projects that may be implemented and having been engineered and designed by the successful Proposer.
The Village of Mamaroneck, with the support of the selected Propsoer, will prepare design and construction documents for repair and rehabilitation of the approximately 1.5 mile long Mamaroneck Harbor seawall, located along Harbor Island Park and the Long Island Sound. This project addresses the immediate need to repair portions of the existing and damaged stone seawall that was originally constructed in the 1930s.
