NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, is accepting sealed bids for the DPW Garage Facility Solar Canopy – Bid No. 21-2025. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the Village Manager, Room 24, Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY, until 10:00 AM prevailing time on December 8, 2025 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after said time and date.

For bidders that have not previously attended a site meeting related to this Project, the Village will hold a mandatory meeting for all interested Respondents on December 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the front of the DPW building at 435 Yorktown Road, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. It is mandatory that all interested Respondents, except those who have previously attended, attend in order to familiarize themselves with existing conditions and project requirements. Respondents interested in attending must confirm attendance by contacting Mr. Bryan Healy, Village Manager, at bhealy@crotononhudson-ny.gov at least one day in advance. Only one person from each firm may attend.
