The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the “Village”) wishes to purchase one (1) 2023 new Heavy-Duty Aerial Tower (the “Equipment”), the Specifications for which are attached hereto. Bids will be accepted in the Office of the Village Manager, Room 24, Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY, until 10:00AM prevailing time on January 25, 2024 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after said time and date.

Each bidder must submit a sealed, written Bid package (the “Bid”) consisting of one (1) original (labelled “Original”) and one (1) copy (labelled “Copy”). To ensure that each Bid is handled correctly upon receipt and remains unopened until the Bid opening date, the Bid shall be submitted in an envelope that is clearly marked as set forth below. Bids may be hand delivered to Room 24, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY. All Bids shall be received in the Office not later than the date and time stipulated in the Notice to Bidders. Bids shipped or mailed must be addressed as follows:
