07-2025 - Harmon Firehouse Addition - Garage Doors (furnish and install)

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the “Village”) wishes to develop a contract for the installation of the three doors specified for the EMS addition at the Harmon Firehouse.  These doors include the two garage doors, as well as one interior roll-up style door leading to a proposed storage area.  The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary in order to compete the work as described on the approved plans.  While drawings for the entire addition are included in this bid packet, the contractor should only consider the door installation work in their price.  Specifically, pages A6.0 and A16.0.  Please refer to the Technical Specifications page for the doors to be installed in these areas.
