The Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) of the Sole Supervisory District of Ulster County, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for the following components:
● Wide Area Network Services and Internet services for schools in Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties.
● Wide Area Network and Internet service for the municipalities for Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties.
This RFP consists of general technical specifications, detailed technical specifications and is further divided by core services and optional services. Vendors have the option to submit proposals for any single component of this RFP, combination of components or all components, which includes bidding on the core service and/or any optional service.
In order to receive consideration, proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Office at the address no later than 1:00 P.M. on November 13, 2025.
