“Prosecution” Legal Services - “Prosecution” Legal Services to the Town of Walworth:

The Town is seeking services from a Legal Services Provider that will effectively work closely with the Town’s Building Department and Code Enforcement Officers to provide services in relation to the prosecution of violations of the Walworth Town Code. The attorney will be expected to render services from the time of issuance of a violation through bringing the matter to close, including providing services court to close, inclusive of trial where necessary. The attorney will be expected to render advice in advancing prosecution of a matter, including but not limited to prosecution strategy, proper procedure, legal research, etc.
