12012025 - Police Uniforms and Equipment

The specifications as listed are intended for standardized uniforms and equipment as presently used by the Rotterdam Police Department. We are requesting these bids for standardized uniforms and equipment for the years 2026 and 2027. Prices must be for the complete two-year period. We are requesting each bidder to submit a bid on each item and not a total bid.

All questions must be submitted in writing to Deputy Chief William Male at wmale@rotterdamny.org prior to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 26, 2025.

Names of brands and model numbers that are presently used by the Rotterdam Police Department are given in the specifications only as a reference and it is not meant to limit the bid to that brand and/or model number.  The equipment shall not be limited to these specifications if your standard equipment exceeds such specifications.  Further, all standard or necessary equipment not specified or stipulated will be included.  All bids must be per item, EACH.
If prices are lower when items are purchased in certain quantities, Bidders should indicate that and show prices for different quantities.
