Repair of two (2) stone archways at the entrance to the Larchmont Gardens neighborhood located
at the corner of Myrtle Blvd and Weaver Street in the Town of Mamaroneck.
The scope of work includes (1) Retain the services of an architectural conservator to assist in
concrete matching, (2) Concrete repair and refinishing of any aesthetically or structurally damaged
areas. (3) Repoint and repair the damaged masonry under the archway, and spot repairs at any
other joints necessary to maintain the structural integrity of the structures. (4) Cleaning and
removal of efflorescence, mineral build up, dirt, debris, etc. on all surfaces of both structures, and
the application of a waterproof sealer in all appropriate areas.
