TA-22-11 - Myrtle Blvd Stone Archway Rehabilitation

Repair of two (2) stone structures at the entrance to the Larchmont Gardens neighborhood on the corner of Myrtle Blvd and Weaver Street in the Town of Mamaroneck. The adjoining low rock
walls next to both structures are not included in this contract. The repairs include concrete repair and refinishing of any aesthetically or structurally damaged areas, repoint and repair the damaged
masonry under the archway, and cleaning and removal of efflorescence, mineral build up, dirt, debris, etc. on all surfaces of both structures, and the application of a waterproof sealer in all appropriate areas.
