An optional pre-proposal conference will be held at the Ithaca Public Works Facility, 114 Seven Mile Dr. , Ithaca NY at 10:00 am, local time, on February 23rd, 2023. A town representative will be present to discuss the RFP. Consultants are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. A town representative will transmit to all prospective consultants of record such Addenda, as considered necessary, in response to questions arising at the conference.
